Ruperto graduated from Med High in Mercedes in 1993 and later attended college in Houston, Texas, graduating in 1996. He enjoyed gaming and drawing and was known for his intelligence, knowledge, and confidence. In his own way, he was a loving and caring son, brother, and uncle who will be deeply missed.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Marcos Antonio Romo.
He is survived by his parents, Guadalupe Romo and Ruperto Romo; his siblings, Jose Alberto Romo, Andrea Marie Romo, and Andres Romo; his uncle, Jesus Limon Jr., and his wife, Yolanda; and his niece, Halie Angel Brown.
Funeral services have been entrusted to Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley.
