PHARR- Susana Cortez, 46, left to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 in San Antonio. She was born to Noe & Laura Aguirre on August 13, 1970 in Pharr, Texas. Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Carlos Cortez and their children, Carlos Cortez Jr, Josue Cortez, Victoria Cortez and Lauren Cortez. She will also be greatly missed by her parents; Noe & Laura Aguirre; grandchildren, Isabel Cortez, Carlos Cortez III and her siblings; Laura Aguirre, Noe Aguirre Jr and Esther Surita. Family will receive friends Friday, July 21, 2017 from 1 pm to 9 pm with a prayer service at 7 pm at Palm Valley Funeral Home in Pharr. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 12 pm at Palm Valley Funeral Home in Pharr. Interment will follow to Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Palm Valley Funeral Home of Pharr.
