Betty Louise Shelton, 79, of Fairburn, Georgia, died Saturday July 23,2011 in Edison, GA. Funeral services will be held 11:00am EDT Tuesday July 26th in the chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 3770 Highway 431 N, Phenix City, Alabama, 36867, with the Reverend Skip Speed officiating. Interment will be Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Shelton was born December 9, 1931 in Troy, Alabama. daughter of the late John Rabie Webb and Mary Olive Wamble
Webb. She retired from the Nabisco Company and was protestant by faith.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Andrew “ Andy” B. Shelton of Fairburn, GA., daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie and Don Evans of McDonough, GA., Becky and Bill Henley of Lawrenceville, GA., son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Sandra Jones of Hampton, GA., 6 grand children, 16 great grand children, 1 great great grand daughter, other
relatives and friends.
