She was born December 28, 1958 in Columbus, Georgia; daughter of the late Ted Cline and Gloria Robinson Ethridge.
Debra was retired from the State of Georgia (Columbus Health Dept.) and later was a tour guide at the Ma Rainey House in Columbus.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Lee Wise, Jr., mother-in-law, Sara Elizabeth Wise, sisters-in-law, Lisa Wise Livingston (Cecil Eddie Livingston), Linda "Poo" Carrera (Jeff Carerro), brother-in-law, Bill Wise (late Janet Wise), nephews, Jeffery Carrero, Noland Carrero, Robert Edward Livingston, great nephews, Jaxon Livingston, Carter Carrero, niece, Hanna Wise and great niece, Bexley Carrero.
