To the man I never knew, but longed to meet. I have heard so many wonderful stories about you. Each story told with complete respect and pride from Robbie who idolizes you and emulates to be just like you. His stories gave me an inside look into the man that you are and why so many people love and adore you as they do. I am sorry that we never met for the honor would have truly been mine. May God open the gates of Heaven and embrace you as He leads you home.

Thank you Uncle Edward, for your warmth, your strength, your love, your grace, your humor and your resounding laughter. God has blessed us by allowing us to be family. He needed an angel, so he took the best. Free from pain, now you can rest. We will always miss you.
