He served in the U.S. Navy from 1960 to 1965 as a CTR Operator, he worked 20 years for Walker-Williams Lumber Company and later retired from Meade-Westvaco after 20 years.
Mr. Neubill was a passionate bass fisherman and later flounder fisherman. He loved his camping days. He was an avid tomato farmer, who always had the best garden around. He was a yard sale professional, "jack of all trades" and a "master of all". He was a friend to all who knew him.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Trey Winslow.
Survivors include his wife, Patsy Prescott Neubill, daughters, Frances Neubill, Kellie Neubill Winslow, son, Scott Neubill, step-son, Johnny Prescott, step-daughter, Tracy Prescott, six grandchildren 10 great grandchildren, his special friend, George Rolling and his four Schnauzers, Daisy, Sophie Grace, Scooter and Maddie Mae.
A visitation for family and friends for Henry will be held Saturday, September 3, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 3770 Highway 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama 36867, followed by a celebration of life memorial service at 2:00 PM.
