A visitation for family and friends for Isaac will be held Wednesday, April 3, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary - Phenix City, 3770 Highway 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama 36867. A celebration of life funeral service will occur Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at 2:00 PM, 3770 Highway 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama 36867. An interment with military honors will occur at Lakeview Memory Gardens, 3800 Hwy 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama 36867.
Isaac was born March 16, 1954 in Columbus, Georgia; son of the late Marvin and Ruby Etheridge Foster. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam Conflict and worked in construction most of his life.
Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Barbara Foster, his brother, Marvin Foster, Jr., children, Tina Foster, Lisa Lee, Bryan Fleming, Charles Fleming, Teresa Fleming and three grandchildren, Brittany Brooks, Kayla Lee and William Brewer.
