Sorry to learn about Jim. We have so many great memories of Jim, Marilyn and the boys while our kids were grownig up. We really loved the soccer games and trips with the team. Saw Keith this past winter and caught up with his family. Jim and Marilyn had to be proud of the boys. Boomer Rd has really changed with the construction of the new Mercy Hospital. May God bless everyone in the Aker family. Joan and Larry Willey

I have so many memories of Jim as my soccer coach growing up in Cincinnati. I learned so much during those years with Keith, and there were plenty of times I wanted to quit but didn't. Those were good times. I'm sure heaven will welcome him as the newest coach. You have my thoughts and prayers.

I have such fond memories of you way back during our Camp Washington days. You were always so much fun to be around teasing all of us kids. I remember the Halloween parties and how you were a part of them too. So sorry to hear you're gone, but you won't be forgotten. You were definitely one of the good guys!

I have so many great memories of our camping trips with the Aker family. Mr. Aker would call me a Turkey then hold me over the campfire and say he was going to cook me for Thanksgiving dinner. I'd laugh and laugh. I loved that game and am glad he was a part of my life.

So long, Jim. May heaven be filled with full hook ups, lots of trees and quiet neighbors.
