James Anthony Mason

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service with Military Honors will be held at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary - Phenix City, Lakewood Hall, 3770 Highway 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama 36867, on June 10, 2026, at 10:00 am.

James was the son of the late Donna June LeNoir McMillan and Terrell McMillan. He served in the US Army and later was employed with Fairfax Mills for 15 years and went to work for BIll Heard Chevrolet for many years and also Gil's Auto Sales.

James loved Alabama Football "Roll Tide", loved wrestling, was a great story teller. The family will remember him as being a "jack of all trades" who never met a stranger, but more importantly he loved his family.

Survivors include his wife, Kimberly Ann Mason, children, Bryant Mason (Brittany, Ashley Draper (Justin), Drew Klementovich, A.J. Mason, Casey Mason (Destiny), Courtney Mason (Dawn), Diamond Harris (Leah) and Wendy Mason; sisters, Jaime King, Wendy Mason, Jennifer McMillan; brothers, John Mason, Sam Mason and a village of grandchildren, one great grandchild on the way and numerous nieces and nephews.
