Jared Clinton Wells

Jared Clinton Wells, 41 of Salem, Alabama died Sunday October 2, 2016 surrounded by his family. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at Golden Acres Baptist Church with Pastor Daniel Cook officiating, according to Striffler-Hamby, Phenix City, AL. Burial will follow in Lakeview Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the church.

Jared was born June 19, 1975 in Columbus, Georgia; son of Paul Wells and Martha Byrd Wells. He was a member of Golden Acres Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Juanita Byrd, Fred and Ruth Wells.

Survivors include his wife, Dana Wells of Salem, AL, children, Kaylee, Kannon, Brody and Reid Wells, his mother, Martha Wells of Phenix City, AL, father, Paul Wells and fiance' Debbie Simpson of Leesburg, GA, sister, Abby Wells Cook (Daniel) of Smiths Station, AL, father and mother-in-law, Walter and Carmen Farr, nieces and nephews, Mayson, Micah, Colby, Levi, Lex, Allie and Kasen.
