Jeff was born on August 7, 1966 in Columbus, Ga. to George and Barbara McQuinn and was a lifelong resident of Phenix City, AL. Jeff was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and son. He was a devout Christian who had a heart of pure gold and would give you the shirt off his back. He enjoyed playing the guitar in his band, being near a shoreline, and spending time with his family. Jeff was always there for the people he loved, selflessly giving and steadfastly supportive.
Jeff was preceded in death by his sister, Terri Kelly. Jeff will forever be remembered by his wife and best friend Deborah McQuinn, his mother Barbara, his children and their spouses Robert Locascio Jr. (Jennifer), Gregory Locascio (Kimberly), Christopher Locascio (Angela), Christopher McQuinn (Robert), Brandi Johns (Nicholas), his grandchildren James, Noah, Kinsley, Kelseigh, Kynadee, Kohen, Kaelyn, and scores of nieces and nephews. He will also be forever remembered by the family that his "knew no stranger" attitude created.
