Jerry was born in Fullerton, California; son of the late Jack Lee Kirk and Bonnie Louise Woodell Kirk. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam Conflict and retired from England Trucking Company.
Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Linda Frances Hubbard Kirk and sister, Brenda Kirk.
Survivors include his sons, Duane Kirk (Lisa), Brian Kirk (Carmel), brother, Tommy Kirk, sister, Debbie Lux, four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Celebration of Life Funeral Services will be held 12:00 P.M. Monday, June 24, 2024 in Lakewood Hall at Striffler-Hamby in Phenix City, Alabama. The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. prior to the service. A Burial with military honors will follow at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery.
