Jimmie Willis Tamor

A visitation for family and friends for Jimmie will be held Thursday, March 14, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary - Phenix City, 3770 Highway 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama 36867, followed by a celebration of life memorial service at 1:00 PM.

Jimmie was born February 16, 1961 in New Orleans, Louisiana; son of the late Raymond and Betty Clifton Tamor. He was retired owner of Cars For Less. He was affectionately known by his family as "the boss" who loved his wife, cars, beloved dog "Nicholas" and had a large family that loved him.

Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Wayne Tamor.

Survivors include his loving wife of 41 years, Deborah Tamor, children, Chris Tamor (Kelli), Angela Grizzle (Charles), Theresa Hamilton (Jose), Eric Niles (Jean), brother, Gary Tamor (Lisa), sister, Monica Miller, sister-in-law, Linda Tamor and his grandchildren, Brandon Norris, Sherry Childs, Charla Yon, Anna Ford, Joshua McCain, Brooke Hamilton, Alyssa Middlebrook, Alexis Niles, Elizabeth Tamor, C.J. Tamor, Olivia Miller and 11 great grandchildren.
