Joseph William Osman

Visitation for family and friends for Joseph will be held Tuesday, December 28, 2021 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 3770 Highway 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama 36867. Following the visitation for family and friends will be a celebration of life graveside service with military honors at 12:30 PM at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery, Fort Mitchell, Alabama. Pastor Billy Duncan will officiate.

Mr. Osman was born January 19, 1947 in McBain, Michigan; son of the late Clarence and Kathryn Brashier Osman. He was retired from the U.S. Army and Civil Service at Fort Benning, GA.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Art Osman.

Survivors include his wife, Sigrid S. Osman, sons, Ron Osman (Stephanie), Mike Osman (Vicki) and Steven Osman. Also surviving are his sisters, Kathryn Osman Frame, Janet Osman Richcreek, grandchildren, Brandon Jones (Halley), Sean Osman (Taylor), Chloe Osman, Cooper Osman, Addison Osman, Stella Osman and great grandchildren, Aubrey, Slade, Conner and Parker.
