He is survived by his loving wife Claudette Frost, daughter Angie [Shaun] Rogers, son Dustin [Lashea] Frost, his grandchildren Luke and Chloe, his sister Pauline and all his brother/sister in-laws and their families who he considered blood.
He attended many colleges and universities where he received his degree in engineering along with many certifications in Management, Leadership and Computer studies.
He entered the military right after high school. He was a Staff Sergeant of the United States Army making many sacrifices over his 20 years of service.
He received many achievements and medals while in the military.
He also retired from Vulcan, Exxon, Callaway Chemical.
Larry loved riding motorcycles, traveling, playing pool, and poker. He was a brilliant storyteller. He enjoyed fishing and playing his guitars. He deeply loved his family. He was always quick with a joke and laugh.
Larry passionately lived and loved life with joy, humor, and love. He gave love away freely, abundantly, and without judgement.
He will be missed by so many.
Graveside services will be held, Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery, 533 AL-165, Ft Mitchell, AL 36856 at 1:00 PM. Visitation will be held Tuesday, from 10:00 PM till 12:00PM at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 3770 Highway 431 N, Phenix City, AL 36868, from 10:00 PM till 12:00 PM.
