Linda is the daughter of the late Joel O. and Lucindy Thompson; Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Martin, Jr. She was retired from BellSouth with 33 years of service and was Baptist by faith.
Survivors include her sons, James Martin III (Kerrie), William O. Martin, Christopher Martin (Lisa); brother, Jerry Thompson, sisters, Elaine Relford, Cheryl Bonilla, grandchildren, Tarah Martin, Jenna Martin, Skylar Martin, James Martin IV (Leah), Kayla Martin, Sydney Martin and great granddaughter, Emily.
