Mrs. Reed was born May 19, 1948 in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She is the daughter of the late Walter and Edith Mae Farless Brown. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Reed and her sister, Barbara.
Survivors include her children, Valarie Watkins (Phillip), Kenneth Costlow (Irene), Walter Costlow, siblings, Sandy, Exie, Melanie, Tammy, Audra, Walter, Zigmond, Robert, Jimmie and Lloyd.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. She was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sibling and aunt who loved God.
