Marshall Pete Norris

Marshall Pete Norris, age 87, of Phenix City, Alabama passed away on Friday, December 31, 2021. Funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 5, 2022 in Lakewood Hall at Striffler-Hamby Phenix City, Alabama. Burial will follow in Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Mr. Norris was born November 11, 1934 in Russell County, Alabama; son of the late Earnest Lee and Myrtle Hall Norris. He was retired from the I.B.E.W. Local Union 779, was a member of North Phenix Baptist Church, member of Wilson Williams Masonic Lodge 351, Alcazar Temple of Montgomery and the Phenix City Shrine Club.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Sowell Norris, brothers, Morris Norris, Wilburn Norris, Terry Reddish and sister, Margaret Walker.

Survivors include his sons, Greg Norris and wife, Wendy, Jason Norris and grandson, Garrett Norris, brother, Ralph Reddish all of Phenix City, AL, sister, Myra Coyle of Midland, GA, numerous nieces and nephews.
