Mary D. Fountain, 81 of Columbus, Georgia died Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Magnolia Manor. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Thursday, April 30, 2015 in Lakewood Hall at Striffler-Hamby,nPhenix City, AL.
Mrs. Fountain was born September 13, 1933 in Greenbriar, West Virginia; daughter of the late Earnest and Cleo Burns. She was a homemkaer. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Fountain.
Survivors include her children, Wayne Hardin, Terry Hardin, Steve Hardin, Stephanie Harper, Charlene Crumpton and grandchildren.
