Mary Louise Skinner

A visitation for Mary will be held Friday, May 23, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 3770 Highway 431 North, Phenix City, AL 368682548, followed by a funeral service from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens. Chaplain Daniel Mitchell will officiate.

Mrs. Skinner was born December 16, 1927 in Barbour County, Alabama. She is the daughter of the late Luther Ray Carpenter and Lula McCraine Carpenter. She was a member of Beulah Baptist Church in Beulah, Alabama.

Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Skinner, three brothers and two sisters.

Survivors include her daughters, Rebecca Bowen (Bud), Gale Jones both of Salem, AL, three grandchildren, Lance Kelly, Jessica Seegar, Angela Mallory; great grandchildren, Walker Kelly, Kendyl Kelly, Jaden Batts, Jasmine Hall, Charlie Mallory and many nieces and nephews.
