Mattie Lula Toole, 96 of Opelika, Alabama died Sunday, November 5, 2017 at Magnolia Manor in Columbus, GA. Funeral services will be held 3:00 P.M. Wednesday November 8, 2017 at Midway Baptist Church in Smiths Station, AL with Rev. Jeff Dravenstott officiating. Burial will follow at Ladonia Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. at the church.
Mrs. Toole was born June 5, 1921 in Ashford, Alabama; daughter of the late Jeptha and Theadora Cantrell Webb. She was retired from Siera Lingirie and a member of Midway Baptist Church and the Russell County Senior Adult Association. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband Glen Osborne and husband, John Toole.
Survivors include her nieces, Dorothy Scott , Linda Jordan and a host of other nieces and nephews.
