Mildred T. Austin, 89, of Phenix City, Alabama passed away on Thursday, July 8, 2021. Mrs. Austin was born May 1, 1932 in Scottsboro, Alabama to the late Albert and Laura Young Tidwell. In addition to her parents Mrs. Austin was preceded in death by her husband Paul Austin, a son Stephen Austin, three brothers and two sisters.
She is survived by a daughter Kathy Jones, of Phenix City, AL, sons, Robert Austin (Consuelo) of Florida, and Richard (Barbie) Austin, three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Monday, July 12, 2021 at 12noon, followed by Funeral services at 1:00pm, in Lakewood Hall Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary 3770 Hwy. 431 N. Phenix City, Alabama.
