Patricia was born on November 30, 1960, at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland. Patricia resided in Seale, Alabama. Patricia was the daughter of the late Jack Warren Franklin and Hiltrud Ackermann Franklin. She was the owner of Flowers Express in Phenix City and later became a paramedic with Care Ambulance with many years of service. She then transferred to Mid Georgia Ambulance in Columbus, where she ultimately retired. She was a long-time member of Seale Baptist Church.
The family will remember Patricia as being kindhearted, very selfless, very funny and would give the shirt off her back if someone was in need.
Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Harlan Ray Frazier II; brother, Jerry Warren Franklin; and nephew, James Michael Franklin.
Survivors include her daughter, Shana Lynn Frazier; sons, Harlan Ray Frazier, III (Erin) and John Warren Frazier (Desirae); brothers, John Ackermann (Dianna), Robert Franklin (LeAnn), and Ralph Franklin (Joanna); sister, Sylvia Nolan (Chris); grandchildren, Chase Salas, Journey Frazier, River Frazier, Mattie Frazier, Evelyn Frazier, Zane Frazier, John Frazier, Preston Reuber, Kiran Reuber, and Megan Cunningham; five great grandchildren, Ayden, Harper, Bailey, Lincoln, and Milo; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A Visitation for Family and Friends will be held at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary - Phenix City, Lakewood Hall, 3770 Highway 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama 36867, on May 29, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will begin at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery.
