Patsy Kelley Williams, age 79, resident of Phenix City, Alabama and previous resident of Seale, Alabama, passed away on Monday, December 31, 2018. Funeral services are scheduled at Striffler-Hamby in Phenix City, Alabama on Friday, January 4th, 2019 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Skip Speed officiating. Graveside service will follow at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be at Striffler-Hamby on Thursday, January 3, 2019 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
Mrs. Williams, daughter of the late Manuel Woodrow and Martha Lou Holley, was born October 14, 1939 in Pelham, Georgia. She retired from Civil Service and attended Philadelphia Baptist Church in Smiths Station, AL. Patsy was a faithful wife who supported her Husband and family. Together, they explored and traveled the world and experienced many adventures. She loved her family, Christmas, shopping, food, clothes, and vacations. She had a love of fashion and was always known for being stylish and trendy. Patsy was generous and caring towards all that she met. She created a family legacy of strength, love and a bond that will always hold them together.
Patsy is survived by her Husband of over 60 years, Raymond E. Williams. She is survived by two daughters, Debra Ann Williams of Columbus, GA, Brenda Branton-Hooton and her husband Trey Hooton of Smiths Station, AL and; two brothers, Davis Holley and his wife, Linda of Smiths Station, AL, Glenwood “Bubba” Holley and his wife, Linda Faye of Smiths Station, AL; five grandchildren, Adriane Branton Salmi and her husband Joseph Salmi, Benjamin Tyler Branton II and his wife Kellie, Shanna O’Hara, Raymond Alan Johnson and Brian Reitz; nine great-grandchildren, Zachary Salmi (17), Hunter Salmi (16), Elijah Strange (16), Benjamin Branton III (14), Savannah Rae Salmi (10), Ethan O’Hara (9), Seth Salmi (7), Emily O’Hara (4), Sierra Johnson (4); and many other relatives and friends.
