Ruby Nell Willis

A visitation for family and friends for Ruby will be held Friday, September 1, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary - Phenix City, 3770 Highway 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama 36867. Following the visitation for family and friends will be a graveside funeral service at 11:00 AM at Lakeview Memory Gardens, 3800 Hwy 431 North, Phenix City, AL 36867.

Mrs. Willis was born December 28, 1940 in Columbus, Georgia; daughter of the late William Franklin Pinkston and Nettie Anita Rainey. She was retired from The Memory Company.

Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Cynthia W. Dubose her late husband, William E. Willis and her step-father, Author Lee Chambers.

Survivors include her granddaughter, Kayla Dubose and fiance' Jerome Womble, nephews, Leonard Rainey, Michael Lewis, nieces, Sherry Willis, Lesa Willis, Cindy Lewis, Casey Willis-Head and several other family and friends.
