Visitation for Family and Friends will be held at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary - Phenix City, Lakewood Hall, 3770 Highway 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama 36867, on April 9, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will take place at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary - Phenix City, Lakewood Hall, 3770 Highway 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama 36867, on April 9, 2026, beginning at 11:00 am. Pastor Blake Russell will officiate.

Interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens, 3800 Hwy 431 North, Phenix City, Alabama 36867.

Sally was born in Phenix City, Alabama; daughter of the late Cecil and Verna Cain Ensley. She was a long time member of North Phenix Baptist Church and was retired from the Phenix City School System after serving in the cafeteria at Susie E. Allen Elementary. Her family will remember her as having a servant's heart who always took care of anyone in need. She loved her Lord and loved serving others.

Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Aaron Strickland, children, Leonard Strickland, Jr., Michael Strickland, Kenneth Strickland, Nancy Strickland Reider and grandchildren, Michelle Strickland and Maranda Spears.

Survivors include her grandchildren, Tiffany Ramming (Lucas), Sam Spears, Penny Strickland; great grandchildren, Jansen Morgan, Kade Morgan, Alaia Ramming along with several other great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
