Sarah Ann Moore Tyson, 72, formerly of Phenix City, AL, died Monday March 9, 2015 in Columbus, Georgia. Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Saturday March 14, 2015 in Lakewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby, Phenix City, AL. Burial will follow in Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at the funeral home.
Mrs. Tyson was born December 14, 1942 in Phenix City, Alabama; daughter of the late Otis Alton and Lorene Willis Moore. She was a former member of North Phenix Baptist Church in Phenix City. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Tyson.
She is survived by her daughter, Amber C. Tyson.
