Shirley Stinson, 61 of Phenix City, Alabama died Sunday December 15, 2013 at her home. Funeral services will be held 12:00 P.M. Wednesday in the chapel of Striffler-Hamby, 3770 Hwy 431 N, Phenix City, AL with Sister Janice Holt officiating. Burial will follow in Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends 11:00 am until 12:00pm Wednesday prior to the service.
Mrs. Stinson was born January 19, 1952 in Opp, Alabama. She is the daughter of the late Rufus and Juanita Holmes Norris. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Gladys Mae Norris Brown, Louise Gallops, Addie Richter and Jeanette Norris.
Survivors include her children, Michelle Bolt (Shane), Anita Stafford, Jenny Stafford, Susan Stafford, grandchildren, Dylan Stafford, Hannah Wallner, Alexis Stafford, Rachel Bolt, Cheyenne Bolt, Jeremiah Stafford, Haley Stafford, Emily Stafford, Jacob Stafford, and brother, John Thomas Norris.
