Steve was born February 12, 1956 in Indianapolis, Indiana; son of the late Robert L. Harlow and Rosetta Rigsby Harlow. He served in the US Army and was a self-employed painting contractor.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Joyce Harlow, sons, Joel Sparling, Steven Harlow, daughter, Leeanne Corbett (Jamee), grandchildren; Xavier, Alexander, Clayton, Chandler, J.R. and Taylor.
He is also survived by his siblings, Roger Harlow, Rhonda Lowery, Ricky Harlow, Randy Harlow, Keith Harlow, Diana Vancawenbergh, Lynda Ramsy, Sandy Harris, Cheryl Vanhook, numerous nieces and nephews.
He will be remembered by his family as being very much a perfectionist and loved his dogs "Lucy", "Luke" and "Tater".
