Tony was born September 21, 1960 in Columbus, Georgia, son of the late Charles Homer and Margaret Rowe Carr. He was presently employed with Masterklean and served in the US Navy. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Roger Carr.
Survivors include his fiance' Shannon Kirkland of Phenix City, AL, brother, Charles Carr and wife Inez of Phenix City, AL, sister, Judy Monk and husband Pat of Smyrna, GA, sister-in-law, Linda Carr, numerous nieces and nephews.
