Alma Jean Krout

Born on June 14, 1942, to Joyce A. and Charles M. Williford, Alma grew up with a deep devotion to family and faith. She is survived by her sister, Maryann Williford and her brother, Samuel Williford.

Alma shared a remarkable love story with her husband, Robert J. Krout Sr., a bond that stood as a true example of lifelong devotion and partnership. Together they built a blended family filled with love, laughter, and faith.

She is survived by her children Diana Francis, Carolyn Henry, Charles Troutman, Thomas Troutman, and Sherri Gutierrez along with her stepchildren Robert Krout Jr., Michael Krout, Ken Krout, and Gracie Krout. Alma and Robert were blessed with 31 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren, each one touched by her endless kindness and gentle spirit.

Alma’s life was guided by her steadfast Christian faith. She was a survivor who never gave up, even in the hardest of times. Her compassion, forgiveness, and strength radiated through everything she did. She loved people for who they were, bore her burdens silently, and always kept moving forward with grace. Those who knew her will remember her as a woman who loved with all she had that family was everything to her.

Though our hearts ache with her passing, we find comfort in knowing that Alma lived a full and faithful life. We find peace that she is now reunited with loved ones and resting in the glory of heaven. Heaven has truly gained an angel.

A visitation will be held at Full Life Church, 532 W Ray Rd, Chandler, AZ 85225, US, on May 20, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

A visitation will be held at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, 4310 East Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042, US, on May 21, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, followed by a funeral service from 10:00 am to 11:30 am, and a graveside service from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm.
