It is with heavy hearts and much love that the family announces the passing of
Andres G. Santiago Jr. “Papo”
A beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle and Friend.
Andres G. Santiago Jr. of Mayagüez, Puerto Rico was called to heaven on 21 October, 2021.
Son of Andres Santiago Sr. and Alma G. Santiago.
Andres was the eldest son of 13 siblings.
Andres G. Santiago Jr. passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at age 76. Andres will forever be missed by his wife Rosa Casas Santiago, five sons, which include Joseph, Josh, Michael, Matthew, Luis. Five daughters, Alma, Christy, Andrea, Piedad, Alma Andrea, 23 grandchildren, his siblings and many nieces and nephews.
Andres served briefly in the U.S Navy, worked for Maricopa County as a heavy equipment operator/trainer for over 20 years. He loved to travel, dance, and watch his favorite football team the Dallas Cowboys.
Andres will be gracefully remembered for the love for his family. His wisdom will live on through his legacy, which was to love faithfully, work hard, and trust the ones you love. His sense of humor was unmatched as were his kind words. He will live in our memories and hearts forever.

Andres will be remembered with a visitation, Wednesday, 10 November, 2021 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Resthaven/Carr-Tenney Mortuary and Memorial Gardens, 4310 E. Southern Avenue, Phoenix, 85042.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday 11 November, 2021 at 10:am at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 6200 South Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85042. Graveside and Committal services will immediately follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 2033 N 48th St. Phoenix, AZ 85008.
