Caroline Jenson was the best grandmother, she was the most loving, careing, strong woman in the world. She truly loved and cared for all her family and friends. She would ALWAYS put all of us especially her grand children first before her self. Most selfless woman I have ever met. I miss her so much that words, tears, or actions could not explain. I am happy though that she is still able to watch my daughter and the rest of us live and just smile down on us with everyone else that we miss. I love you grandma, you are my best friend and my go to person and there is not a day, hour or minute goes by with out me thinking of you! I love you and will be seeing you someday! Until then, please watch over our family!

Dear Tim and family: I have great memories of many wonderful conversations with Carol over the 18 years I knew her. Know that I will keep your family in my prayers during this difficult time.

I was very surprised and saddened to hear that cousin Carol had passed away.  I have a lot of good memories going way back to when we spent Sunday afternoons at the apartment on Milwaukee Ave in Chicago.  Aunt Frances and Uncle Joe serving a good old fashioned Polish dinner always with fresh rye bread.  Carol and her sisters Dolores and Linda helping to serve dinner.  There were always more people talking than listening.  And every now and then someone laughing...it was Carol.  If you listen closely now you can still hear her laugh.  You will be missed cousin.  Love to you all.

My dear sister, my friend, my confidant!  I will miss you so very much. We did have some beautiful and "funny" memories through the years. I will love you always.  Mom's pierogi recipe will have a new meaning and special loving thoughts of you this Christmas Season. Goodbye my dear sister! You are in my heart forever. xo

Mrs. Jensen was truly like a mom to me during my high school years.  She was always so kind, always had a smile on her face and was always laughing about something.  I am so thankful to have known such a special woman and she will be missed.

R.I.P Grandma Jensen . We all loved her more then anyone could know. It's sad that she's not here, but we will celebrate the wonderful life she left in our memories!
