Conrado “Rady” Bengzon DelaCruz, aged 72, of Laveen, Arizona, passed on September 19th, 2026. He was born on December 18th, 1953 and raised in the Philippines. In 1979, Rady immigrated to the United States and found himself in Chicago, Illinois, where he met and eventually married Alicia DelaCruz on May 23rd, 1987.
He was later able to graduate from Morton College in Cicero, Illinois with his Associates Degree in Nursing in 1989, and then in 2010, he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Grand Canyon University. For 37 years, Rady cared for a multitude of patients ranging from children to the elderly. He made it a career to care for the lives of others.
Rady was also an avid sports fan, a fishing enthusiast, and loved to cook meals for family and friends. He was never one to allow others to go hungry and reveled in watching those he loved enjoy what he put on the table. He did his best to make sure those around him were full, loved, and happy.
Rady is survived by his wife of 39 years, Alicia DelaCruz, his daughter, Erlinda, his son, Vincent, and his youngest son, Miko. He is also survived by his grandson, Edward Solomon, and his eldest brother, Vicente Jr., and he will be deeply missed.
