92 of Tempe, AZ passed away peacefully on February 24, 2013. Consuelo is preceded in death by her husband of almost 65 years; John Betancourt. Consuelo leaves behind her children; John, James, and Sylvia Betancourt, her sister; Charlotte, four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and a hose of other relatives and friends.
