

Cordillia M. Arredondo was born on May 13, 1952 in Prescott, Arizona to Mary Jacques Arredondo and Pedro Arredondo. Cordillia is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Jacques, father, Pedro Arredondo, and her brothers: Lawrence Arredondo, Alfred Arredondo, Peter Arredondo and George Arredondo. She is survived by her sisters: Lupe Enriquez (Prescott, AZ), Mary Lou Alvarado (Prescott, AZ), and Nellie Gaitan (Prescott, AZ), her brother, Rudy Hernandez (Omaha, NE), her daughter, Mona R. Arredondo (Phoenix, AZ),and her grandchildren: Thomas Sabastain, Melissa Renee, Elisabeth Anne and Elijah Paul. A histotechnician and a business owner for over 38 years, Cordillia owned Slide Processing and was the co-owner of Southwest Waderje. Cordillia was the matriarch of the family and was the glue that held everyone together. She was the greatest storyteller. Cordillia was a faithful D-backs, Suns and General Hospital fan. She regularly attended Our Lady of Mt. Carmel for her weekly services and loved healing mass, religion conference, and bible studies. Cordillia's generosity was unending. She was a strong woman who was always full of life and love. Her magnetic personality drew everybody in. She touched many lives and will be truly missed. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at Resthaven Park Mortuary, 4310 E. Southern Ave. Phoenix, AZ. at 5pm-8pm with a Rosary at 6:30pm. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Mt.
