A memorial service for David will be held Tuesday, January 31, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, 4310 East Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042, followed by a burial from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM.
