Dolores was born June 21, 1930 in Catskill, NY to Edward and Elizabeth Macarelli. She attended school in Catskill, graduating from Catskill High in 1948. She then attended SUNY Cobleskill graduating with an associates degree in 1950. She married Donald Foley, an airman in the United States Air Force and resided in numerous locations both in the continental U.S. and Europe. She enjoyed traveling and visited all fifty states before retiring to the warmth of the Arizona sun, settling in Avondale.
She is survived by her son Donald Foley Jr. of Avondale, AZ; daughters Donna Colman of Marietta, GA, Diana Orso of Nottingham, NH, and Dorinda Wegener of Richmond, VA; five grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and several cousins who live in the Catskill area.
Dolores will be inurned at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery in Phoenix, AZ. Services will be held privately. A mass intention will be said at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Catskill on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at 4:00 in the afternoon.
