Born in Phoenix, Arizona, Elena's birthday was July 20.
Elena was quiet, funny, and loved being goofy. She had a creative spirit and a deep love for art, whether it was drawing, coloring books, or working with art pencils. She also had a flair for makeup, always rocking full lashes and a touch of glitter in her look.
She had a big heart for animals, especially kittens and cats. But most of all, she loved her family deeply: her brother, cousins, nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of friends.
Elena was a storyteller, always expressive and theatrical. She loved watching people’s reactions and had a way of drawing you into her world. If you weren’t paying attention, she’d say something wild just to make you laugh and then follow it with a, “Just kidding!” Her smile was infectious and unforgettable.
She loved Starbucks! Her favorite drinks were Caramel Frappuccino's and Mochas. She enjoyed movies, whether funny or scary, and she loved making bracelets. Like her brother, she was incredibly artistic.
Elena graduated from Casa Grande Union High School in 2010 and went on to complete her vocational education in massage therapy.
She leaves behind her mother Rosie, her brother Armando, her nieces Victoria and Ashleigh, her nephews Gabriel and Josiah, and her grandniece Zaynah.
