A visitation will be held from 10:00 am - 11:00 am, with Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 4601 West Encanto Boulevard, Phoenix, Arizona 85035. A committal service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at the Rose Hill Memorial Park, 3888 South Workman Mill Road, Whittier, California 90601.
