I first met Esther when I moved from L.A. to the DCMA Office in Phoenix in 1984. Through the years we worked together and went out to visit different companies for inspections. Always the professional, Esther was detailed and never backed down from her position, but was always fair with the company personnel. We sometimes didn't see eye to eye and many times she was absolutely right. She had a great disposition, always friendly, always laughing. She was a great asset to her agency. The Lord be with you Esther, Rest In Peace.

I worked with Esther for almost year and half on the Honeywell Engine Team at DCMA. She was the only lady in the office among all of the guys, who were mostly ex-military or retired military and yet she fit right in with us; she'd go to lunch with us and was always part of the team. She treated us like one of the her family. May the LORD JESUS be with you Esther, you'll be sorely missed! From the guys "Ve con Dios"

I worked with Esther for 14 years and cherished every moment I could interface with her. She taught me how to be a patient person and I loved her for that. I remember one day we were driving back to Phx office separate cars and it was a warm day as she drove with her window down all the way back. Her hair was flying everywhere. Once we arrived at the office, I asked her if she had airconditioning and she said it was not working so I suggested she get with her son to work on it. Next time I saw Esther, she was driving a new pick up truck and she never rode with the windows down again. I loved Esther so much as a dear friend and trading recipes with her. I wish her family well during this time of sorrow. We'll meet again Esther square it away for me I'll be right there!

Many great memories at DCMA with Esther. I met Esther in Dallas, Texas in 1985 on what was to become one of many trips for qualification training in Quality Assurance. Through many years of working with her she became a great friend. She gave me a nick name of "Compadre" and always had laugh to her when she said it. I will never forget her smile and laughter. My condolences to her husband Julio and her boys. She spoke highly of all of you. She always included you in her wish to spend a lot time at the cabin in Heber after she retired. She was a great lady.
