Only met Frances once... At a Special Olympics fundraiser. So striking was her appearance and demeanor to that of her mother, Yolanda... Loving, kindness, peaceful.... What a treasure to know them. Love Dave

I can’t believe I had no idea of your passing. My condolences to the whole family. I was wondering why I had not heard from her. Heartbreaking. Frances was such a sweet soul. We were always laughing and having a great time. She was always such a go getter and was my inspiration to always be a go getter as well. She was never scared of anything nor any challenges. Such a strong girl. We were both Fiesta Patrias Queens and she was such a great friend helping me along my journey to become queen. We started off knowing each other in high school. Our family’s became friends and we had some really great times. I will miss you always and forever. My heart aches not knowing what happened. :( rest easy sweet soul 

Susan and I have know your family for many many years. We can't believe that tragedy has touched your family again.  You are in our thoughts and prayers.  May Frances rejoice with your mom and dad.  

To Frances's Family , I only met her a few times with Yolanda and she was what Yoli talked about all time. I know this is not what your family ever wished for. Kathy and I hope you will find peace soon and our thoughts are with your family.

My heart is broken yet again this year. Why must there be so much death? Your parents just called me. They tried to get ahold of me but Ive been so busy. My friend, you are gone. We have made so many memories together that I will never forget, good and bad. We went through high-school and did some crazy stuff no one will ever find out about. Glad we were never caught! You were my best friend! My friend, someone I knew I could count on. After high school we loss track of eachother but reunited as if nothing changed. I messaged you a few days ago and wondered why there was no response. I won't remember you with sadness although tears flow from my eyes now. I'll remember your laughter and how you impacted my life and made it better. You were careless  and such a free spirit. My little gangsta friend, there is no one like you. You were taken away from us too soon! I hope you are dancing in the sky and leaning like a Chola! I'll miss you my friend. 

My sweet Frances! Your kind and loving heart and servant minded peace is already missed. Your thoughtfulness was always appreciated,  and I'm sorry I never thanked you. Thank you for always being there and always having a kind word to speak. I pray you know how loved you are, and how missed you will be.

I only knew Frances for a few weeks; she had been helping out on Wednesdays at Century Library as a security officer.  She stayed by the front door and was so quick to jump up and help walk-up customers, most often before they even had a chance to ring the bell. She was always quiet, cheerful and kind.

I was devastated to learn of her passing.  It was a reminder to always take the opportunity to treat people with kindness and give them your full attention.  The way Frances did.

The news of Frances' passing literally took my breath away. I often crossed paths with Frances in the halls at the library and while I didn't work closely with her on a regular basis, when I did talk with her what she always left me with was a strong sense of her energy: quiet, kind, friendly, warm and gentle...and that she had a beautiful smile. Frances has been on my mind a lot since we received the news last Tuesday. To her family, she had quite an impact on the people she worked with, she is missed and will be remembered.

Miss Frances, I will miss your easy going personality and your beautiful smile. You were always willing to help others out and you were one of the kindest and gentlest people I knew. My heart goes out to your family and friends. I hope they can all find comfort in your memories at this difficult time. 

Frances had a sincere kindness and trustworthiness to her that our library's staff and customers will surely miss. 

We would all do better with more people like Frances in the world, not less. And I am one individual who was saddened to hear of her passing. My deepest condolences go out to her family and friends, she will be sorely missed. 

Frances was a ray of light at work.  It was always and pleasure to see her smile as we met in the halls of the Burton Barr Library.  I will miss her presence and am so glad I can hold her light in my heart.  My deepest condolences go out to her family and friends.

Working with Frances was really great. She always offered assistance  needed. It was so kind of her to celebrate 4th of July at my church when she did. I will always have fond memories of her time spent with us. Thank you Frances. Rest in peace dear heart.

Frances, though I only knew you from our conversations at work in various libraries you always impressed me with your heart, tenderness, and quiet professionalism. I will miss seeing you standing tall and protecting our community. May you rest in the peace and dignity you deserve.

My Chola I still can't believe you had to leave us so soon. I have great memories of you when we hung out and the funny crazy things you would say always made me laugh.. until we meet again spread your wings my sweet Angel.. You are loved and will be missed.. ❤😪

Our Sweet Frances, You are deeply missed already. I'll miss you at our family gatherings you were always making me laugh. I will leave an empty chair for you. Because I know you will still come sit at our table and listen to us laughing and just messing around. Thank you for always staying close, definitely  not alot of that but you loved everyone. We love you Sweet frances until we meet again.

Mija i am so sorry you left us so soon , i wish you would of just called me 1 more time . to me are conversation will always live deep in my heat. I will alway live you so much till we meet again . p.s you got switches lady.
