74, passed away on November 5, 2010 in Goodyear, AZ. Louise was born in Bowling Green, MO to Helen and Albert Worthington. She married her long-time sweetheart, William Baker, in 1955. Louise retired from the IRS which made plenty of time for her faith, family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother Helen Worthington, father Albert Worthington, and husband Bill Baker. Louise is survived by her children Dusty, Wayne, Cynthia, Thomas and Kandie; 17 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; siblings Albert, Raymond, Marilyn and Vickie. Visitation will be held 6:00pm to 9:00pm, Friday, November 12, 2010 in the Chapel at East Resthaven Park Mortuary, 4310 E. Southern Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85042. Funeral Service will be held 10:00am, Saturday, November 13, 2010, also in the Chapel with Interment following at East Resthaven Park Cemetery.
