James Edward Carpenter, born on January 3, 1950 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, was peacefully called home to his Lord and Savior on November 15, 2014. James was preceded in death by his parents, Cloid “Dugan” and Betty Carpenter. He is survived by his children, Andrew (Kasie), Shelly (Michael), and Jodette, along with five grandchildren, all of Tucson, Arizona. He is also survived by a brother, three sisters, six nieces and nephews and many friends. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to The American Cancer Society. Celebration of Life for James will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2015, at 2pm at the Heart of Mesa located at 851 N. Stapley Dr. Mesa, AZ. Arrangements entrusted to Resthaven park Mortuary & Cemetery.
