My Uncle Dale is so special to me.  When I was a Sam Houston State, Aunt Minerva, Uncle Dale and Roy, would drive through often and take out to eat, and come visit.  
This precious man of God, is now worshiping Jesus around the throne. "Oh what a day that will be when my Jesus I shall see."  My Daddy (Joe) has been gone since 1971 and I am sure he asked Dale "What took you so long?".  Because Aunt Minerva was my mother's best friend, and they all eloped on a Sunday after church, 
Winnie (Mother), Minerva, Dale and Joe (Daddy) and this has always made our relationship special.  "No more tears, no more pain, no more heartache" and singing praises to our Savior.  "Oh, I want to see Him look upon His face, there to sing forever of his saving grace."  Uncle Dale, Bonnie Lou and my entire family love you and will miss you. Phil, Bonnie, Kendra, Staci, Courtney and Todd.

Your Dad was one of the sweetest men I have ever met! Treated my like family since I was just a small child. I love your family like my own. 
Glad he is out of pain and walking with Jesus now! My Gma was probably standing rt there to welcome him on in.

Dad, It's been 2 weeks today and it still seems like I should walk in and you should be sitting there at the table. I would not wish you back to your pain but I miss you and all the love you always gave me. When I was a little girl we were walking along the street and a car went by and honked (in my young mind it was at me). I said, "Why are you honking at me, I'm with my daddy". I'm so glad I was able to see Uncle Dale and family in 2013.  Sorry that our families were not able to see each other more often.  One day we will be reunited forever.  Love to the family.

He put his arms around you, and lifted you to rest. God's garden must be beautiful, He always takes the best. He saw the road was getting rough, and the hills were hard to climb. So He closed your weary eyelids, and whispered Peace be thine. It broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn't go alone. For part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
