walked into the gates of heaven on February 1, 2013. He is survived by his father, Jesse Samuel Lopez, and his mother Natalia Rocha, husband (Jesse Bermudez), 4 sisters (Daisy, Jazmine, Joscelyn, Jaqueline) & 1 brother (Abel), followed by numerous family members. Born Nov. 16, 1996, a native of Phoenix, AZ, Jay was a sophomore at Ombudsman School. Handsome, young, vibrant, full of love & life, he loved music & peanut butter, & also a blue belt karate student, his beautiful smile left us with special memories. Jay will be truly missed by his parents, family & friends, he was much too young to leave us, he takes a piece of our hearts with him, we love you Jay xo. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Resthaven Park Mortuary & Cemetery, 4310 E. Southern Ave., Phoenix, AZ. Sunday, Feb 10 at 5:00-8:00 (Viewing) and Monday, Feb. 11 at 11:00 (Mass), he will be laid to rest at St. Francis Cemetery, 2033 North 48 St. Phoenix, AZ.
