Jewel was known for her loving heart, strong spirit, and the unforgettable sass that kept her family smiling through the years. She had a special love for dirt track racing, and some of her happiest moments were spent cheering from the stands and enjoying the excitement of the track. More than anything, Jewel loved supporting her grandchildren and took great pride in celebrating their accomplishments and milestones.
She also had a fondness for the color purple, which seemed to follow her everywhere. Christmas and Easter were her favorite holidays, times that brought her immense joy and the chance to gather with the people she loved the most. Easter in particular was always special to her as she delighted in hunting for eggs with her grandchildren, laughing and sharing in the simple fun of the tradition.
Jewel had a playful sense of humor and never took herself too seriously. If she caught herself meddling in someone else's business, she would laugh and say, "Shut up, Jewel", a phrase her family will always remember with a smile.
Jewel will be remembered for her strength, humor, and the unconditional love she gave to her family. She leaves behind a lifetime of memories that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
In lieu of flowers, because of her passion for racing the family asks that you support a local racer in her honor.
