Johnny E. Cortez Sr., beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend from Phoenix, AZ who passed away suddenly and entered into rest joining his son Nicholas Jacob Cortez, Father Victor Cortez Sr. his mother Geraldine Hernandez and sister Salina Hernandez. He enjoyed gathering with family and friends. He liked listening to music, cooking, barbecuing, cars, sports and helping others when he could. He loved the company of his grandchildren and would reach out to them on a daily basis. He will be dearly missed. By his survived by Spouse; Denise Cortez, Children; Carissa Niki Cortez-Fonner, Johnny Cortez Jr., Jaycee Cortez, Jason Cortez Grandchildren; Alaiah & Jacob Siblings; Tricia, Victor, Mia, TJ, Erica, Anthony, Kimberly, Angel, Lisa, Esther, Manuel, Mary.
