He is survived by his son Joey Gonzales, daughters Lily Montijo, Nadine Gonzales, Nancy Villa and Jessica Harris; his siblings Julie Gonzales, Terry Perez and Connie Anaya; 14 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife Eva S. Gonzales, son Pilar Anthony Gonzales, sister Eulalia Angie Gonzales Robles, brother Pilar Gonzales Jr and his parents Pilar Gonzales Sr and Estela Youtsey Gonzales.
Our father Jose loved camping, watching old movies, listening to his old school jams, spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation and opening prayer by Nellie & Lorenzo Villa will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday July 12th, 2021 at Resthaven/Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens at 4310 E. Southern Ave Phoenix, Arizona 85042. Followed by a gravesite blessing at 11:15 AM for Inurnment of our mother Eva S. Gonzales and burial for our father Jose Y. Gonzales at Resthaven/Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens.
