He is survived by his four children Thomas (Deb) of Tonopah, Robert (Sheryl) of Tulsa, OK, Cherlyn (Eric) of Buckeye, and Cheryl Stephans of Gilbert; current wife Francisca; ten grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and sister Enzy Reagan of Laveen.
A Viewing for Leon will be held Sunday, November 8, 2020 at 10:00 AM, Celebration of Life at 11:00 AM, at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, 4310 East Sothern Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85042.
